Mike D. Chea has been promoted to director of interpreting and translating services at the International Institute Rhode Island in Providence. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department to ensure client satisfaction. Chea is a certified medical and court interpreter, fluent in Cambodian. He is a member of the American Translators Association and the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators.
