Monica Bond joins the Community College of Rhode Island as dean of learning resources. She is responsible for integrating the roles of planning and creation at the academic library and the college’s new student success centers. She worked at Roxbury Community College as dean of curriculum and instruction. Bond received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and her master’s degree from Boston University.
