Place: signing the partnership.
The Community College of Rhode Island’s Access to Opportunity program has teamed up with Dorcas Place to provide the education and support services that many adults need in order to reach their full potential. Dorcas Place serves culturally diverse, low-income adults seeking to complete their high school equivalency requirements, while Access to Opportunity at CCRI offers support services to low-income, first generation college students and students with disabilities. Under the new agreement, eligible Dorcas Place graduates who want to continue their education will be admitted to the Access to Opportunity program.
