Paul E. Vichroski has joined Blackstone Caterers as executive chef. He had worked as executive sous chef for Castle Hill Inn & Resort, assisting the chef in the kitchen and focusing on menu planning, overseeing all banquet functions and training staff on presentation of food. Vichroski also worked at Newport Marriott Hotel, overseeing banquet operations. He has worked as head chef in numerous private clubs and restaurants in New York before relocating to Rhode Island. Vichroski attended Bethany College and the State University of New York in Oneonta. He lives in Newport.
