Paul German has been named vice president of consulting solutions for Software Quality Associates. He will oversee the company’s line of software quality assurance consulting services. These services range from strategic assessments and planning, to long and short term project-based consulting, to customized project team placements. German will also develop solutions to reduce the time and money clients spend on testing and implementing software applications. He last worked as manager of solutions department at Darwin Partners.
