Richard P. Baccari II has been promoted to vice president of development at Providence-based commercial and residential real estate developer Churchill & Banks, Ltd. He joined Churchill & Banks in June of 1999 as property manager, primarily of shopping centers in the southern New England region. Baccari is a graduate of Bryant College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is a licensed Rhode Island real estate broker and resides in Providence.
