Rebekah Gardner has been named senior medical scientist in the physician services division at Quality Partners of Rhode Island. She will provide leadership, direction and development in health-information technology and transitions of care, focusing on quality improvement, safety and care-system redesign. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the New York University School of Medicine. •
