Richard Berlinsky has been named president of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors, having previously served on the executive, finance and nominating committees. He is currently a broker and owner for Equity Advisory Group LLC and a certified chief appraiser for Appraisal Resource Company Inc. Berlinsky is also a director of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. •
