Robert D. Oster, of Oster & Naik Law Offices, has been appointed to the Professional Advisory Council of the Rhode Island Foundation. Oster graduated magna cum laude from Boston University, and earned his juris doctorate at St. Louis University. He serves on a number of Rhode Island Bar Association committees and is a former president of the Rhode Island Bar Association. ̶ •
