Robert J. Marcotte has been named a software developer for New England Institute of Technology’s MIS department. He brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, most recently as a production programmer for the Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Corp. He holds a B.A. in computer science from Rhode Island College, as well as an A.S. in computer programming from Bristol Community College.
