Rosa Baier has been promoted to senior scientist at Quality Partners of Rhode Island. Baier will disseminate key findings, provide methodological and measurement expertise, and maintain research relationships. Previously, Baier served as senior program administrator for the Safe Transitions Project and the R.I. Department of Health’s Health Care Quality Performance Program. •
