Russell Hyllested has been named vice president and risk assessment program manager in Citizens Bank’s Information Risk Management department. He most recently was an assistant vice president and remediation program manager in the same department. Hyllested received his CISM certification from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and his CISSP certification from ISC2.
