Ryan Buckley has been appointed vice president / manager of information security for Citizens Services Group. He worked at San Francisco, Calif.-based McKesson Corporation as director of network and service platforms for Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Buckley holds several technical certifications in the areas of networking and data communications. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Buckley lives in Franklin, Mass.
