Samantha Wilber has been named public and community-affairs assistant at Twin River. In her new position, she will serve as a liaison to the local community, assisting with all media relations, chamber of commerce and tourism divisions and all social, civic, professional and nonprofit organizations. Wilber has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Johnson & Wales University. •
