state budget that was presented to him by the General Assembly?



He should have vetoed the budget as presented: 94%



He should have let it pass through without his signature, but not veto it: 6%

QUESTION: Will the state budget dispute between the governor and the General
Assembly have a lasting impact on the relationship between the two or do you
expect them to repair their differences in quick order?
