Stephen Dolat has been named executive vice president of clinic operations at Fallon Clinic. He is responsible for ensuring that operating policies, procedures and systems at all Fallon Clinic sites are implemented and monitored. Dolat also participates in setting long-range strategic goals. He has more than two decades of management experience across diverse industries such as software, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. •
