Stephen S. Lynch

Stephen S. Lynch has been promoted to senior vice president at Citizens Bank. He is responsible for managing the bank’s enterprise-wide network services, including all voice and data networking, ATM operations, data center operations, field engineering, technical services, production control and remote solutions. Lynch also holds the position of director of technology infrastructure for Citizens Services Group. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College. Lynch is a resident of Barrington.
