Suzanne Vargas has been named vice president of Rockland Trust. She will be responsible for the administration of trusts and estate settlement in the Attleboro area. Vargas had worked as a relationship manager for Fleet Private Clients Group in Providence. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College and is a certified trust and financial advisor. Vargas and her family live in Rehoboth, Mass.
