Theodore B. Howell has been named partner at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP. Howell concentrates on corporate law, including contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and lending. He is a member of the firm’s corporate practice group. Howell has a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
