Thomas E. Furey, president of Furey Roofing Co. in Providence, has been elected to a three-year term on the Chicago-based National Roofing Contractors Association board of directors. The association represents more than 4,500 roofing contractors and associated members throughout the United States and is considered the leading authority on roofing-related issues and trends. Furey lives in Narragansett.
