Tony Lauro has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer for Citizens Bank retail direct division. Lauro will be responsible for leading financial oversight of the retail direct business units, including credit card, merchant services, debit and ATMs and the Kroger Personal Finance joint venture. He has a B.A. in finance from James Madison University and a MBA from the College of William & Mary.
