William T. Orr has been named president of Keyspan LNG, LLC. He manages operations in Rhode Island with primary responsibility for the company’s storage and receiving facility in Providence. He most recently held the position of chief commercial officer and senior vice president of Miriant Asia-Pacific, headquartered in Atlanta. Orr received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pa. He lives in Providence.
