Debbi-Jo Horton has joined leadership development firm WorkPlace Dynamics of Providence. She will assist in the launching and growth of two new divisions at WorkPlace Dynamics: The Idea Exchange, a forum for small business owners and decision-makers; and Central Office, which offers administrative and business support systems to help companies concentrate on their purpose. She was formerly employed as principal of DJ Horton & Associates accounting firm of East Providence. Horton currently is regional chair for tax issues for the small business community in Washington, D.C.
