WEST GREENWICH — Lottery giant GTECH reports earnings for the third quarter and
the first nine months of fiscal 2001, ended Nov. 25, 2000.
Revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2001 totaled $221.0 million, compared with $249.6 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2000. Net income was $18.3 million, or $.53 per share, compared with net income of $22.8 million, or $.65 per share, for the same period last year. Revenues for the first nine months of fiscal 2001 were $690.6 million, compared with revenues of $743.6 million for the same period last year.
