Joshua M. Sechler has been named account manager at Decco Inc. Waste Services, a full-service, waste management company providing services to construction, commercial and residential sites. Sechler is responsible for new sales and customer service for all of Rhode Island. Sechler, originally from Pennsylvania, held similar positions prior to joining Decco. He has a B.A. from Johnson & Wales University. •
