Todd Farrar has been promoted to director of services at Foresight Science & Technology.
Previously, he was the assistant director of services. He will oversee market research and deal-making activities for Fortune 500 companies, universities, government agencies and smaller business firms.
Farrar has a B.S. in computer science from Ithaca College, in New York, and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, also in New York.
