Kenneth H. Belcher has been appointed chair of The Hospital Association of Rhode Island board of trustees. Belcher is president and CEO of Roger Williams Medical Center. He has served as vice president of ancillary services at Boston Medical Center, vice president of ambulatory and clinical services at Faulkner Hospital and vice president of clinical operations at University Hospital. Belcher has a B.A. from Northeastern University and an M.A. from Babson College. •
